The Verdict of Ideas prioritizes original, public-domain, properly licensed, and otherwise lawfully usable materials. Quotation and third-party material are limited to what is necessary for evidence, criticism, analysis, or identification.
Report a concern
Email theverdictofideas@gmail.com and include:
- your name and contact information;
- identification of the protected work or right;
- the exact TVOI URL and location of the material;
- your relationship to the rightsholder and the basis for your authority;
- the requested action; and
- a statement that the information supplied is accurate.
Do not send identity documents unless they are specifically and lawfully required through an agreed secure route.
Review and action
A request may result in investigation, temporary restriction, attribution correction, replacement, removal, restoration, or a request for additional evidence. Material is not removed automatically merely because a request is submitted, and no outcome is guaranteed before the relevant facts and legal basis are reviewed.
